Anyone with half a brain can make this dish and if you make a double portion you can reheat it on another day to save money.
All you need is pasta, a jar of pesto and some bell peppers.
- Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the packaging,
- Fry the chopped up peppers in a big pan and throw in the pasta.
- Add in the pesto and heat it for another minute.
You're done and ready to enjoy this cheap and easy meal.
